Sprinkler Protection (UK) Ltd are a local company, using only local experienced staff and engineers. We are dedicated to providing service in Wales and the West (M4 & M5 corridor).
We are a family-run business, started by the current Managing Director's father over 40 years ago. In addition to his son taking over the business, the founder's grandson is also now working in the business, so designing, installing and maintaining sprinkler systems really is 'in the blood' for this local firm!
All our Directors and Engineers can provide expert services in all areas of sprinkler protection, from servicing, repairs, system extensions and new installations, including related design services.
Our 24-hr call-out service typically delivers an average response time, within the South Wales area, of less than 2 hours. Whilst we obviously cannot guarantee such a response at all times, the fact that we are local is a contributory factor to our excellent record on call-outs.
Sprinkler Protection (UK) Ltd is committed to a rolling programme of training for all staff to ensure our work is maintained to the highest standards of reliability, and conducted in accordance with the latest rules and regulations set out by the Loss Prevention Council LPC within BS5306: Part 2.
We only use component parts and materials that are either LPC or FM approved, as preferred by your Insurers, and traceability of all such components and materials is maintained by us to ensure rapid response to any problems caused by defective parts.
We are insured by Sutton Special Risks (who specialise in insuring sprinkler companies) for public and product liability, plus importantly inefficacy cover (failure to perform and wrongful advice).
Our products & services are backed, where appropriate, with a certificate of conformity and our product liability insurance provides all normal cover, so you can have complete peace of mind that you are in the safest of hands when you choose Sprinkler Protection (UK) Ltd.
